Which shipment option should I choose? |
| |
We offer three ways of shipping
- FedEx Standard Overnight
- UPS Ground
- USPS Priority
Which option best suits your needs depends on how fast you need the ordered items, the weight of the shipment, and how much you are willing to pay for the shipping.
Here are some tips:
- Urgency of your order: if you should happen to need the shipment as fast as possible you should chose FedEx Standard Overnight. This is, however, the most expensive way of shipping.
- Weight of your order: if your order is heavy and urgency is not your top priority there are two ways for not paying more than necessary: UPS Ground or USPS Priority. If the weight of your shipment is above 6 lbs (you can find the weight of each item you order in the shopping section and accumulated in your cart), UPS Ground is the most reasonable way. Below 6 lbs USPS Priority is cheaper. The speed of delivery of these two options doesn't vary significantly.

How do I have to prepare the herbs? |
| |
Pour one bag of herbs into a ceramic pot, add four cups of cold water and bring it to boil. After boiling, turn the flame to low temperature and simmer for ten minutes. Take the herbal tea for the first day, leaving the herbs inside of the pot.
For the next day, pour another four cups of cold water into previous days herbs and repeat the procedure as described above. Each bag of herbs will be used for two days of tea.
You may drink it hot, warm or cold. You may drink it at once or break into a couple of times during the day and can mix it with honey or juice.

What's the difference between the Herbal Tea Formula, the Herbal Extract Formula and the Herbal Pills? Which one is the best for me?
The Herbal Tea Formula is the traditional Chinese way. It is used to make an herbal tea and is the most effective way.
The Herbal Extract Formulas are produced at a state-of-the-art facility, where the original herbs are condensed into a standardized granule size; the aromas, colors, and powerful healing properties remain consistent with the original herbs, while providing the ease of a powdered form that readily dissolves into water. Sent with a small plastic serving spoon, the standard dosage is usually 5 scoops taken three times a day in an 8-10 oz glass of water. These remedies enable a quicker and more immediate response by the body.
